You can set voluntary daily cash limits from $100 to $5,000 through the Players Club desk. These limits remain in effect for at least 24 hours and can be increased only after a 72-hour cooling-off period.

Self-Exclusion Program

If you feel that your gaming habits are becoming problematic or if you need help overcoming an addiction, we have a self-exclusion program available to you. This program allows you to voluntarily ban yourself from our premises for anywhere between 24 hours and six months.

In-Person Support

Our on-site resource center provides brochures and immediate referrals for problem gambling support. Our staff are trained to recognize problem gambling behaviors and intervene if necessary.
